What our critical care covers

• 24×7 trained nursing with shift handovers and written nursing notes.
• Daily doctor visits by Dr. Aryan Chaudhary; coordination with the patient’s treating consultants.
• Oxygen support (concentrator-based) for residents who need it.
• Suctioning — basic oropharyngeal; deeper suctioning is referred out.
• Tube feeding — Ryle’s tube and PEG tube management.
• Tracheostomy care — routine cleaning and dressing changes (not vent-dependent patients).
• Catheter and wound care — Foley catheter, surgical wounds, bedsores.
• Vital monitoring — BP, pulse, SpO2, temperature, blood sugar, intake/output.
• Hospital coordination — KMC Nursing Home (across the road), Jupiter, Hiranandani, Bethany, Currae — we coordinate transfers and follow-ups.
• Family communication — daily WhatsApp updates for critical cases, video calls scheduled around family timing.

Cases we accept

• Post-ICU step-down (stable but still complex).
• Late-stage cancer, dementia, Parkinson’s.
• Recurrent UTI / pneumonia patients needing close supervision.
• Stroke patients with tracheostomy or PEG.
• Patients with multiple comorbidities (diabetes + renal + cardiac + cognitive).

Cases we do not accept

We are not an ICU. We do not accept ventilator-dependent patients, patients on continuous IV inotropes, or patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. For those cases we will help direct you to an appropriate Thane/Mumbai hospital.

Pricing depends on the level of care your loved one needs — ambulatory, semi bed-ridden or fully bed-ridden. We assess each resident at admission and quote a clear monthly figure based on the actual care category.
